I want you to feel as sweet as our cookies when you order from Lo’s! This page is your go-to guide for everything from choosing your flavors to picking up your treats. My goal is to make sure you order with total confidence, knowing exactly what to expect every step of the way.

Every box of Lo’s will be the highlight of your week! This guide helps you order with confidence so your fresh, artisan treats are exactly what you crave.
When should I place my order?
Orders are accepted Sunday through Wednesday and will be ready for pickup on Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. If this time slot does not work for you please message me directly.
Is there a minimum order?
The cookies are sold in batches of 12 (a dozen). This ensures you get a perfect variety of our signature handcrafted flavors.
Do your flavours change?
Yes! The cookies are baked as small-batch treats that rotate with the seasons. Check out the monthly menu to see what’s currently in the oven.
Can I request custom flavours?
I would love to bake for your events! While I stick to my rotating menu for standard picks, DM me for theme-specific requests. A 2 week notice is needed.
How to Order
Ordering is easy! First, browse the monthly menu. Then, simply click the Google Form link in my bio (or on this site) to submit your picks.
Pickup & Delivery
All orders will be for pickup only on Saturdays from 8-11am
Payments
All prices are in CAD. While I don’t have online checkout, I accept e-transfers or cash. If paying via e-transfer, please include your name in the message box. My email is lauren10d@icloud.com
Changes & Cancellations
Since the cookies are baked to order, please let me know 48 hours in advance if you need to change your pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours reflect a partial credit for your next box.
